The Challenge

Distributing $7.4 million in federal funding is a high stakes responsibility. The Canadian Forage and Grassland Association's (CFGA) issue was a manual, fragmented process that was driving high overhead.

Hundreds of farmers were navigating complex federal requirements. Staff were drowning in a "back-and-forth" cycle of emails, missing documents, and manual tracking. With ever-changing policy rules, the risk was both administrative and in business continuity. The organization needed a way to move faster without sacrificing security or data integrity.
