Built as a multi-tenant system, the platform establishes a hierarchy of organizations, allowing for management of distributors, their clients, and subgroups of assessment takers. Advanced statistical analysis tools support the creation of normative groups and allow for individual comparisons against organizational benchmarks.
The system also has in-depth reporting and custom visualizations, making it easy for decision-makers to understand the results. The platform is designed to grow alongside the program, with ongoing updates to support evolving organizational structures and assessment needs.
TAIS Performance Systems is the exclusive global publisher of the TAIS inventory, which is a renowned psychometric assessment tool developed by Dr. R. M. Nideffer. They are committed to providing top-tier, performance predictive, psychological assessments to organizations across the world.
The company had developed an existing assessment platform that had become difficult and increasingly costly to maintain. Critical infrastructure and sensitive data were controlled by an external legacy developer, leaving the business without ownership or confidence on its platform's future.

The project's core requirements were to maintain system continuity while salvaging all of the essential intellectual property, client assessments and report logic, as well as rebuilding the system under an improved and flexible framework that could be further iterated upon after launch.
